Big-group bookings usually mean compromises. Here the numbers work: three queen bedrooms, a twin room, a double sofa bed in the upstairs living area (for bookings of 9+), and an office trundle with two singles — up to 12 guests, with three bathrooms so the morning queue stays civilised.

Two storeys give the group breathing room: a lounge and air-conditioned dining area downstairs, and a second living space with a smart projector upstairs for the kids' movie nights.

Built for shared time

The covered outdoor entertaining area seats the whole group across two large dining tables, with an outdoor lounge and a Webber BBQ alongside. Add the pool (unheated), the indoor sauna, table tennis, electronic darts and board games, and nobody's checking their phone out of boredom.

The kitchen handles group cooking — dishwasher included — and linen and towels come provided with every bed made up on arrival.

Good to know for group bookings

This is a family and group holiday house, not a party venue: events, school groups, under-21 groups and bucks or hens weekends aren't accepted, and quiet hours run 10pm–7am. Multi-generation families and groups of friends who want a great week by the beach are exactly who the house suits.
