Layout & living spaces
Downstairs holds the heart of the house: a family kitchen beside an air-conditioned dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV (bring your own streaming logins). There's also a dedicated office with an electric sit-stand desk — genuinely workable if someone has to log on — plus a full bathroom and a separate toilet on this level.
Upstairs, a second living space with a smart projector gives kids or night owls their own zone, and doubles as extra sleeping space for larger groups.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
Four bedrooms and six beds sleep up to 12. The master has its own ensuite; the main bathroom upstairs includes a bathtub, and a third full bathroom sits downstairs. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have ceiling fans, with pedestal fans in the others.

Pool, sauna & outdoor entertaining
The private outdoor pool is the centrepiece of the backyard — please note it is not heated. An indoor sauna is available for guests, with simple house guidelines (shower first, swimwear on, towel down).
The fully covered outdoor entertaining area runs to two large dining tables, an outdoor lounge setting and a Webber BBQ, and the backyard is fully fenced.
Kitchen, laundry & the practical stuff
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking basics through to serving dishes. A laundry with washing machine and dryer plus an iron keeps longer stays easy.
Linen and towels are provided with all beds made up on arrival. Check-in is self-serve via a key safe, and there's driveway parking plus free street parking. Fast 500 Mbps FTTP fibre WiFi covers the house, and table tennis, electronic darts and board games are there for rainy afternoons. Safety basics — smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit — are on hand.
